Changing the Estate Planning Conversation
Changing the Estate Planning Conversation
Description: With the passing of the One Big Beautiful Bill, many of our clients may hesitate to engage in estate planning. To get clients engaged in the estate planning discussion, we may need to change the conversation from exemption planning to helping clients develop a vision for their legacy. In this session, we will discuss how to begin these conversations and techniques to introduce clients to a process they will embrace and enjoy.
Topics covered include:
- Addressing management control and access to income
- Non-tax threats to family wealth
- Managing trust income taxes for future generations
- Multigenerational Life Insurance planning
