“Strengthening Your Advisory Practice: Using Complex Assets to Grow AUM and Stay Relevant”

Learn more about the little understood topic of real estate philanthropy and separate your practice from those who haven't.  Simplify real estate portfolios, eliminate or reduce tax outcomes, and convert hard assets to AUM, while addressing complex ownership, debt and your client's legacy.  The ongoing and significant transfer of wealth in America is dominated by commercial and residential real estate that you don't control.   It's time to change that.

Bruce Geiss is a senior real estate executive with 48 years of experience as a developer, broker, and investor, with an extensive background in land planning, project management, marketing, sales, and philanthropy.  Following 14 years in residential and commercial development Bruce served as Qualifying Broker of Phase One Realty (Santa Fe), Director of Real Estate for the Glacier Club (Durango, CO),  and lead consultant to Santa Fe Estates, one of the oldest land development entities in Santa Fe.   Bruce is a co-founder of Realty Gift Fund, the nation's largest non-profit that exclusively accepts charitable gifts of real estate.

Bruce is past Board Chair of the Santa Fe Prep School, and past Advisory Board Member of the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute which built on e of the largest indoor-outdoor markets in the country.   A graduate of Northwestern University, he was a founding member of the New Mexico Chapter of Lambda Alpha International (land economics) and served as a prinipal advisor to Santa Fe's Afforadabe Housing Task Force.
