Introducing the Elder Care Network
The Santa Fe Eldercare Network is a comprehensive network and resource for the physical, financial, and emotional needs of Santa Fe elders, their families and the professionals who serve them. Members provide professional planning services (legal, financial, residential choices, insurance, etc.) as well as direct services (in-home care, residential communities, health/mental health services, caregiver support, etc.) to help older adults as they age in Santa Fe. The Board of DIrectors will discuss the services provided by members and how collaboration and referrals within the SFEN can provide holistic support for clients. Presenters will be: Christina Verduzco, Presbyterian Home Healthcare and Hospice of Northern New Mexico; Cristina Macias Amador, Roadrunner Healthcare, Josephine Levy, Sun and Moon Eldercare and Ken Hendrikcs, Home Instead.
