DESCRIPTION:\nMr. Scott will focus on the City of Santa Fe's strength and resilience, which are built upon our sense of place and purpose.\n \nMark Scott is a veteran public administrator with over 40 years of leadership experience including 35 consecutive years as City Manager in 12 diverse communities across California, South Carolina and now Santa Fe.    He currently serves as City Manager for the City of Santa Fe.   In this role, he coordinates implementation of policy decisiions, oversees intergovernmental operations, and directs all City departments in alignment with the mandates of the governing body.\n \nMark hold an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science/Public Administration from California State University, Fresno.   A Life member of ICMA and founding member of 3CMA, Mark is deeply engaged with diverse communities and committed to inclusive governance.  He loves filling the role of City Manager and community builder.   \n \n\n\n  \n
