DESCRIPTION:\nThe Santa Fe Eldercare Network is a comprehensive network and resource for the physical, financial, and emotional needs of Santa Fe elders, their families and the professionals who serve them. Members provide professional planning services (legal, financial, residential choices, insurance, etc.) as well as direct services (in-home care, residential communities, health/mental health services, caregiver support, etc.) to help older adults as they age in Santa Fe.  The Board of DIrectors will discuss the services provided by members and how collaboration and referrals within the SFEN can provide holistic support for clients.  Presenters will be Ellen London (Coming Home Connection), Elena de Molina (Local Insurance Advisors), Yolanda Arrey and  Lea VanMerkestyn (Life Circle Adult Day Center) Barak Wolff - (End of Life Options), Josephine Levy (Sun and Moon Eldercare, Ken Hendricks (Los Alamos Visiting Nurses) and Karen Lievense (Downsizing Made Simple). \n
