Allyson Krautheim is the portfolio specialist for Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Franchise acquired by the company in July 2019.  Prior to joining Victory Income Investors, Ms. Krautheim began her investment career in institutional client managment in the Financial Institutions Group at PIMCO, where she was responsible for client service across insurance firms and banks.  Allyson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political economy and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Tulane University.

Jay Farley brings more than 37 years of industry experience, with a wide and varied backgroud, to his role at Victory Capital.  He has served as a Regional Vice President for the firm since 2016.  He has a demonstrated understanding and expertise in capital markets and the historical precendents that add to their relevance.

Over the course of his career, Jay has presented to hundreds of audiences of topics revolving around investor education.  Jay enjoys running, skiing, golfing and almost any sport that demands chasing a ball.  He is a proud alumnus of the University of Colorado.
